Every musician has idols. The sounds of our idols are indelibly burned into our guitarist brains. We want to sound exactly like on the song X of the album Y. However, it takes a lot of time and equipment to finally get satisfied with our tone. For many years, I've been looking for own solutions to achieve my reference sounds. It must be possible to sound like on "Texas Flood", "Woman from Tokyo" or "Jailbreak" with just one pedal. But it's not just the sound alone that has to be convincing. The feel is just as important. For me, a good tube amp is a music instrument because it has a musical response and the sound can be shaped with the fingers. And a good pedal should respond in the same way. Nothing on the market could satisfy me. But persistence and experience pay off at some point. The solution to the problem is now available in the form of three pedals and a tube amp:
