When you choose a JCA product, you are acquiring more than just an item—you are receiving a piece of passion and craftsmanship. From the initial idea through the experimental phases, the layout of the circuit boards and the design of the housing, the assembly and testing, the final packaging design, and the manual: I designed and developed everything myself from scratch. I also created the website and product videos myself. I don't outsource any work; everything is the result of my personal passion and commitment."

Warranty

My products are built to last. I stand behind the build quality of my products. They are constructed robustly. However, if something happens - whether due to an accident such as a spilled drink or an incorrect power supply -   I will take care of it.
Your advantages: There are no repair fees. I only ask that you cover the shipping costs.
Important restrictions:
Upgrades to new versions are subject to a fee.
Damage caused by third parties or improper modifications is excluded from this free service. If you have any doubts or questions, please contact me (jca@fn.de).
