"Yes, this is what I've been waiting for. I love that ZZ Top blues rock sound. With the Reverend, you can get Billy Gibbons' sound perfectly. The three controls in combination with the volume on the guitar let you achieve a lot of what you hear on the albums by the longbeards. Unbelievable but true. The mids and highs are really great. Distortion that almost goes into fuzz at full throttle. Deluxe! No loss of highs when the volume is turned down on the guitar. I love these pedals from JCA for this feature alone. Stefan, you've hit the mark again with this pedal. This is the third pedal from JCA that's staying here. The Reverend was tested with a “Career by Felleretta” 5W combo, ENGL Fireball 25, and Boss Katana Gen3 via a 1x12" Thiele Box Celestion Redback. I had a fellow musician visiting me who, of course, also played the three pedals. He wanted to buy them from me. But ordering them yourself is the way to go! :-) Since you've put so much heart and soul into the pedals, I'm sure your Twenty II will be the same. When the day comes, I'll order one from you!
